Dr. Kim Kaufer 

 

Dr. Kim Kaufer graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine, following a Bachelor Science in Zoology.  She opened St. Francis Animal Hospital in June of 2003 with the goal of giving  the best care possible for her patients.  She has 16 years experience providing the most progressive medical, surgical and dental care to cats and dogs.  In June 2002, she completed a 140 hour medical acupuncture for veterinarians (MAV) program at Colorado State University.  Since then, she has successfully incorporated acupuncture into modern treatments for arthritis and other painful conditions. In 2009, she completed an additional 20 hours of continuing education on advanced acupuncture neurophysiology. Dr. Kaufer is married to Paul and has two adorable boys, Gabriel and Nicholas.  Time permitting, she enjoys travel, church, poetry and history.

Dr. Kerri Mozinski

Dr. Kerri Mozinski is originally from Columbia, Maryland.  She attended Virginia Technical University where she earned a bachelors degree in Wildlife Management with a minor in Biology in 1993.  Dr. Mozinski received her DVM from Iowa State University in 1997.  She has practiced small animal medicine in New York before moving to Colorado with her husband, Todd, in 2006.  They share their home with a lucky painted turtle named "Potter".  They both enjoy the Colorado lifestyle through camping, hiking, and canoeing.  She also enjoys swimming and reading.
